As a visual poet, I am deeply drawn to the relationship between words and images. Language carries immense power—twenty-six letters capable of endless configurations, each shaping meaning, connection, and emotional resonance. This richness continually informs my practice.

Alongside language, I am an observer of people. I am curious about what exists beneath the constructed masks we present to the world. When time and attention are given, stories surface—quiet moments of courage, resilience, and strength that unfold without fanfare or recognition. These everyday acts sit alongside the complexities of humanity and our varied responses to the entwined realities of social issues and the natural world.

My work seeks to draw viewers in through an immediate visual response, then unfold with time and closer examination—inviting reflection, conversation, and, ultimately, action. Fragments of Consciousness is one such work. This monoprint examines the fleeting nature of fast fashion and its environmental impact, depicting stakeholders grasping at fragile messages of sustainability while others discard them, leaving scars on the land in the pursuit of profit and gratification.

At its core, my practice is grounded in a belief in the power of art to inspire change. Through visual poetry, I aim to illuminate the courage, vulnerability, and resilience inherent in the human spirit. By inviting viewers into a shared sojourn of exploration, I hope to spark meaningful dialogue and contribute to a more compassionate and informed society.
